The INCHES Film Competition 2008/2009 is a one time international event which is held because of the ten year anniversary of the organization. Besides celebrating this anniversary we want to get more attention for the work of INCHES with this competition. We want to increase the protection of children from environmental and safety hazards

These days there are still too many children who die at a young age because of adverse health effects and because of living in an unhealthy environment. It often turns out that these health effects easily could have been avoided. In order to do so we need attention for the causes and we need to educate people who know how to prevent these adverse effects. INCHES is a global network of people and organizations which informs people worldwide and promotes the protection of children from environmental and safety hazards.

Don’t you think that all children, wherever they are born, deserve a chance to live, to grow up in a healthy environment? A chance to develop themselves? Support the INCHES Film Competition 2008/2009! How small your contribution may be, everyone who pays attention to the work of INCHES is helping the children. The more attention for the film competition, the more attention there will be for the children!
